Quick Update

Hello lovelies.

I've been MIA again. I have been posting a lot on Instagram lately and inserting the photos to my blog (or at least I thought I've been inserting them haha). I've been trying to be more tech savvy and do everything on my phone to save some time, but obviously they haven't been posting on here so I'll just insert the pics the old fashioned way.

Hope you enjoy your week.

Her Fashion Box: May 2013

Last month I received my very first Her Fashion Box. Her Fashion Box is a subscription service which sends out fashion accessories and beauty products based on your personal style. There are three (3) personal styles to choose from: Trendy, Feminine & Classic. After conducting a quick test my personal style was determined as classic.

The box was carefully packaged in this pretty pink box with the company logo.

The contents are in this stylish black box and wrapped in black paper wrapping.
Her Fashion Box May 2013

1. Bastiste Dry Shampoo Cherry Scent.2. Ardel False Eye Lashes.
3. Ardel False Eye Lash Glue White/Clear.4. Polished London in Milky Mocha
5.
Leather Cuff
6. Collar Pin
7. Statement Jewel Necklace
8. Designer Brands Pore Mini-miser (NOT PICTURED)

To be honest I wasn't really happy with the accessories included in the box. The accessories are a little cheap and ebay-ish. I did  however, like the beauty products. The box is $39.95 per month including postage and handling. I think I'll give it another go and make my decision whether or not to continue subscription after the 2nd box. It's rather pricey and I'm just not entirely convinced that it's worth it.

Nail of the day. OPI: Uh Oh Roll Down The Window.

Hello my lovelies. It's finally winter and this past week the weather in Sydney has definitely matched the season. Unlike most people I actually enjoy the cold weather. One thing I love about cooler weather is wearing temperature matching hues. This means dark, daring and bold colours.

O.P.I's 'Uh Oh Roll Down the Window' has been appropriately named. The hue is hard to describe but let me try. It's like an icky poo (sorry guys) colour and a mix of Army green. Despite me giving it such an unappealing description, It's actually an interesting shade which I think will suit both fair and dark skin tones.

They retail for approximately AU$19.95 for a ml bottle. O.P.I nail polishes are available from David Jones and Myer stores.
