Lust Have It September 2013 Box Review

Hello lovelies here's another Lust Have It! beauty review. I opened the box and was pleased at what I saw was included this month. Last month they said that the new collectible packaging was going to be included this month, but they still had a lot of these boxes in storage. I personally didn't mind because I love these pretty and useful boxes.

So here's what was in the September 2013 Lust Have It box:

Lust Have It September 2013

  1. WOTNOT Natural Organic Facial Wipes RRP $7.95, 25 wipes (received 5 wipes)

Suitable for sensitive skin, these wipes contain Australian certified organic aloe vera, rosehip and sweet almond oils that gently cleanse and hydrate the skin. The cleansing cloth does not contain synthetic materials. These wipes promised a lot...and it delivered :) I have been suffering from extremely sensitive skin lately and these wipes did not sting my face or leave them feeling itchy and dry. Sized at 200 x 180mm these were large enough to remove makeup from the entire face and neck. When I tested this, I was wearing 3 layers of waterproof makeup. Unfortunately it didn't full remove the mascara so I had to use my HG eye makeup remover (Lancome's Bi Facil).
  2. BIODERMA Sebium Foaming Gel RRP $29.95, 500ml (received 10ml sample)

Gently cleanses and reduces sebum secretion whilst purifying the epidermis. This is formulated for combination or oily skin types. My skin has been a little hyperactive and super sensitive lately so I won't be trialling this for a while. Sebum reduction properties of this gel make it sound very promising...
  3. LOREAL Nude Magique BB Cream RRP $26.95, 30ml (received 1ml sample in Medium)

Micro-pigment capsules that self adjust to match your individual skin tone. A 5-in-1 BB cream with an SPF 12 protection.
I haven't had much luck with BB Creams so hopefully this works out well because I'm fond of the Loreal CC Cream.
  4. MARY KAY Oil Free Eye Make Up Remover (Mini Version)

    G
ently removes eye makeup without tugging or pulling at the delicate skin area. I was really excited when I saw this in the box. I used to order and use Mary Kay products. I received a travel-friendly sized bottle (29ml). I really hope that there will be more Mary Kay products.
  5. BIODERMA Sebium AKN RRP $24.95, 30ml (received 5ml sample)

Preserves sebum quality, preventing deterioration and thickening, thus effectively reducing the appearance and development of imperfections.
I'm not entirely sure what this product is (if it's moisturiser or serum). It smells pleasant enough and applies evenly (due to skin sensitivity I tried it on the back of my hand).
  6. LOREAL Base Magique Primer RRP $29.95, 15ml (received 5ml sample)

Minimises pores and creates an even surface for a flawless makeup that lasts.
I've been very aware of my pores lately and I'm currently trying a couple of primers from different brands. I'm very keen to try this primer.
  7. LUST HAVE IT! Synthetic Precision Pencil Brush RRP $15

A synthetic precision pencil brush for eye shadow application.
A while ago Lust have it! included a kabuki brush and I absolutely love it! I use it almost on a daily basis to buff in my foundation or blend my blush. This pointed brush feels dense yet flexible. This will be perfect for applying eye shadow to the outer 'v' of the eyes and building colour for dramatic eye make up looks.
  8.  BAJI Skin Care Range

I received the Super Nutri Eye Rescue Cream. Free from parabens, sulfates, petrochemicals, synthetic fragrances, preservatives and colour. Reduces the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and dark eye circles. This eye cream is made in Australia and contains Carotenoids to help protect the skin from harsh environmental conditions. The bottle is a twist top which pops out a pump dispenser which I think is quite awesome. I've not seen this type of packaging before so I think it's quite genius and super handy (no more losing bottle lids/caps).
  9. TOM Organic Regular Tampons RRP $7.99, 16 Pack (received 2 singles)

Organic pure cotton and chemical free tampons.
I personally don't use tampons, so I'll give this away. The small package makes it great for carrying in the purse.
Overall, I was very pleased with this month's contents. This month contained 9 samples (one of which was the "full sized" eye shadow brush. I'm excited to try some of the skin care products when my skin calms down again and also very pleased to have tried the WOTNOT facial wipes because I love them. 1. Glad I'm not alone Sarah hehe. I looked it up here: http://www.bioderma.com/en/nc/the-products/what-s-new/product/action/144.html ... It's a corrective cream but I still don't know if it's a face cream or a spot treatment cream haha!
