Product Review
This product is heaven sent for those who suffer from itchy flaky scalps because it actually works very well at removing the flakes and soothing the scalp. The packaging is clear thus showing exactly how much product is left. It's also recyclable which is great because every little bit we can do to help the environment is good. For the amount of product you get, this product is priced well.
The product claimed to have a pleasant fragrance, but unfortunately it does not. My bf describes it as petrol-y. It definitely doesn't smell "natural" but with a pleasant conditioner it's not so bad. My hair was left rather dry and more prone to tangles if I didn't use A LOT of conditioner. The product warning about not using it for a prolonged period was a little ambiguous for me (How long is too long and why can't you use it for a long period of time?).

Despite the scent, I love this! It's the first product that has effectively removed the flakes on my scalp. If you suffer from embarrassing flakes I highly recommend you give this a go.

Have you tried this shampoo before? What do you use to treat flaky scalp? I'd love to know.

  1. I've been using Selsun Blue for my itchy, flaky scalp, and it's so affordable and doesn't smell too bad. I've seen the Neutrogena T/Gel on shelves and have been tempted to pick one up, but I always end up picking Selsun Blue because it's so much cheaper.

    1. Thanks Abigail. I'll try to look out for Selsun Blue the next time I go shampoo shopping :)
