Guest Post | Estee Lauder Perfectly Clean Multi-Action Foam Cleanser/Purifying Mask

Hello friends! I hope you're all having a wonderful weekend. Today I have a review of Estee Lauder's Perfectly Clean Cleanser/Purifying Mask. My friend (and fellow beauty aficionado) Carmen has kindly provided a review for this product.

Carmen's Review

I admit that I only bought this product to get the Estee Lauder gift pack (which was amazing btw). The girl swore it was amazing (which sales person doesn't swear their product does that) and it took off makeup. I thought “yeah whatever, they probably mean makeup residue but its just another marketing ploy”. Oh how I was wrong.

I went out on day with full makeup – I’m talking my MAC mineralised foundation (given, it is not a heavy foundation), powder, eyeliner, eye shadow, mascara, blush and lipstick. It should be noted that none of the makeup I was wearing was waterproof. However, I injured my arm (tennis elbow) and long story short I grabbed my Estee Lauder cleanser for a test run. Not only did it completely remove my makeup with one wash, but it left my skin feeling thoroughly clean, refreshed and not dried out. Normally it takes me a couple of washes to remove my makeup residue and I still find some traces the next day no matter how hard I try to cleanse properly. But there was no makeup residue at all. Not only that, but this little baby can also be a face mask as well!! Talk about travel handy!

I would definitely recommend buying this product. Well worth the price tag (especially if there’s a gift on offer – like sunshine I’m a sucker for gift packs – it’s those darned cute bags!!!!)

Carmen is absolutely right! I am guilty of succumbing to free gwp offers :) hehe. Thanks again Carmen for providing us with this review. I will be grabbing this the next time there's a gift offer from Estee Lauder.

  1. Oh thanks for the interesting review. It defiantly has a hefty price tag especially for a cleanser, but sounds like it might be worth it!

    1. Hi May. Carmen did an excellent review :) (Thanks Carmen). I'll have to stop by an Estee Lauder counter to see if they have a sample of this cleanser =)
